• Handle Michigan No-Fault and insurance defense litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Manage case files from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective case strategies.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in Michigan No-Fault law and insurance defense litigation.
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
• A proactive and client-focused approach to legal practice.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Michigan.
