• Strong background in energy and infrastructure project finance.
• Experience in tax equity and/or M&A preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar in good standing.
