Duties:
Advise clients on complex business immigration matters including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa strategies
Manage and counsel on filings for E-1/E-2, H-1B, L-1, O-1, and EB-1/2/3 classifications

Deliver strategic legal advice to corporate clients in diverse sectors
