Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate to join its commercial litigation group in Torrance, California. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience and confidence in defending product liability lawsuits. Duties

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting motions and taking depositions.
• Provide counsel to national and international clients in various legal areas.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys on complex litigation matters.

Requirements

• Two to five years of experience in product liability/mass torts or commercial litigation.
• Proficiency in written and oral advocacy.
• Admitted to the California Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.

Skills

• Strong litigation and advocacy skills.
• Experience in drafting dispositive, expert, and discovery motions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
