Of Counsel - Litigation Attorney

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced litigation attorney to join its team in Torrance, California. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team. Duties

• Join a team of trial lawyers and litigators specializing in complex litigation and products liability defense.
• Draft and prepare pleadings and discovery documents.
• Prepare for, take, and defend depositions.
• Manage document production and case management.
• Argue discovery and other motions in court.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of meaningful litigation experience in complex litigation, class action, and products liability.
• Admitted and in good standing with the California Bar.
• Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.
• Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in California.

Skills

• Outstanding written and oral advocacy skills.
• Proficient in case management and document production.
• Strong ability to draft and prepare legal documents.
