Duties:

• Support the structured finance and securitization practice, focusing on asset-backed securities and related transactions.
• Work on warehouse financing, asset-based lending, and other structured finance transactions.
• Provide legal advice and transaction support for clients in finance-related matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members on complex legal matters.
• Draft and review legal documents related to structured finance transactions.
• Conduct legal research to support structured finance transactions and client needs.
• Assist in negotiations and execution of finance agreements.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, providing top-tier service.
• Stay up-to-date on developments in finance law and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in structured finance, asset-backed securities, warehouse financing, or asset-based lending.
• Proven ability to handle complex finance transactions in a law firm environment.
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Experience in asset-backed securities and securitization transactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction (New York or applicable state).
