Duties

• Conduct depositions, discovery, and court appearances.
• Research asbestos-related cases, including talc sourcing and scientific literature.
• Collaborate with experts in occupational health, toxicology, and geology.
• Support senior attorneys in settlement negotiations.
• Stay updated on asbestos law and industry trends.
• Meet with clients to gather exposure history.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Active bar license.
• Licensed to practice in NY.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar license in New York.
