Litigation Associate Attorney

Great Neck office of our client seeks associate attorney with experience. The candidate will handle litigation in cases based on consumer protection laws, FCRA, TCPA and other statutes. Will serve exclusively plaintiffs side.

The law firm provides legal representation to customers in consumer and class action law-related matters. Its other practice areas include anti-competitive conduct, bank overdraft practices, defective electronic devices, failure to honor warranties on products, and cosmetics.
