Job Overview:
A reputable law firm is seeking a Transactional Real Estate Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join its team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing, along with the ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate documents. The role requires expertise in corporate law, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

  • Phoenix, AZ

Duties:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and other real estate-related documents

  • Advise clients on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing

  • Provide legal counsel on title issues affecting real property

  • Draft and review operating agreements and assist with entity formation

  • Manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Work independently and as part of a team to resolve legal matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in transactional real estate law

  • Strong experience in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing

  • Knowledge of corporate law, including drafting operating agreements and forming entities

  • Experience in resolving title-related issues affecting real property

  • Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the state bar where the position is located (Arizona preferred)

Skills:

  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills

  • Knowledge of real estate law and corporate law

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
