Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in real estate finance.
  • Experience with construction financing and multi-tiered capital transactions.
  • Active bar license in the location of consideration.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar license in the relevant jurisdiction.
