Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Associate Attorney specializing in Divorce & Family Law in Tewksbury, MA. The ideal candidate will manage their caseload independently while contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Duties

• Analyze legal issues and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Utilize legal technology for case management and timekeeping.
• Draft legal documents in accordance with Massachusetts Family & Probate Court Rules.
• Prepare and try cases as needed.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of experience in family law/domestic relations.
• 2-5 years managing a caseload of 25-50 cases.
• Member of the Massachusetts Bar in good standing.
• Public speaking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• License to practice in NH or experience in Bankruptcy law is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of the Massachusetts Bar in good standing.
