Duties

• Provide substantive knowledge on family law statutes, regulations, and rules.
• Deliver excellent presentations and communications in court and meetings.
• Demonstrate superior writing capabilities.
• Handle high asset and complex caseloads with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate effectively with a team or work independently.
• Resolve family law cases through settlement or trial.
• Manage cases with all involved staff, including paralegals and legal assistants.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years' experience in family law litigation.
• Licensed to practice in California.
• Graduated from an accredited law school.
• Certified Family Law Specialist or eligible for certification.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar License.
• Certified Family Law Specialist preferred.
