• Interact with clients regularly, providing legal guidance and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Perform legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and precedents, safeguarding client interests.
• Manage case files, ensuring they are organized, accurate, and executed on time.
• Negotiate settlements and resolutions, aiming to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the State Bar with good standing.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.

Skills:

• Proficient in Windows and MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with Adobe/Nuance Power PDF.
• Comfort with technology and web platforms; advanced computer skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
