Job Overview

A law firm seeks a transactional real estate associate attorney in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and leasing. Duties

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years' experience in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Experience with lender-side real estate financing preferred.
  • Prior law firm experience required.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice law in the state of Washington.

Skills

  • Strong title and survey due diligence skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proven track record of closing real estate deals.
