A law firm seeks an equity partner to join its dynamic and efficient real estate team, specializing in many transactional real estate matters. Duties

  • Provide strategic legal counsel on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development.
  • Negotiate, draft, and review complex contracts and agreements related to real estate matters.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including other attorneys, staff, and external parties.
  • Maintain and build client relationships to support business growth.
  • Stay current on developments in real estate law to ensure compliance and risk management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience handling leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development transactions.
  • Proficiency in managing complex, high-value real estate matters.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing independent caseloads.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association or eligibility to obtain membership within a reasonable timeframe.
