Duties

• Collaborate with partners on ERISA-related matters.
• Advise on tax-qualified retirement plans and compliance.
• Engage in fund formation and investment management tasks.
• Support structured finance projects.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Admitted to the New York Bar.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• New York Bar admission.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of ERISA and related regulations.
• Experience with 401(k), pension, and health and welfare plans is a plus.
