Duties

• Handle a diverse caseload of construction litigation matters, including contract disputes and defect claims.
• Provide exceptional legal counsel to clients, crafting strategies for favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to deliver efficient legal solutions.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and court proceedings.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through responsive communication.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in construction litigation, including case management.
• Strong knowledge of Florida construction laws and regulations.
• Exceptional analytical, legal research, and writing skills.
• Commitment to delivering superior client service with excellent communication skills.
• Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing is required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
