Duties

  • Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and court proceedings.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in construction litigation, including case management.
  • Strong knowledge of Florida construction laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional analytical, legal research, and writing skills.
  • Commitment to delivering superior client service with excellent communication skills.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing is required.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the Florida Bar.
