Duties

• Prepare and file motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
• Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, depositions, and mediations.
• Provide expert legal counsel and updates to clients and insurers.
• Manage day-to-day litigation tasks.
• Conduct trial preparation, including depositions and witness examinations.

Requirements

• Experience in California civil litigation, including drafting and arguing motions.
• Familiarity with court systems and procedures.
• Skilled in trial preparation, courtroom representation, and deposition conduct.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
