Job Overview

A law firm seeks an associate attorney with general litigation experience to join its growing Eminent Domain practice in Southern and Northern California. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting motions, conducting discovery, attending court appearances, and taking depositions. Prior real estate or eminent domain experience is preferred but not required.

Duties

• Draft motions and conduct discovery.
• Attend court appearances and take depositions.
• Collaborate with team members on eminent domain cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.

Requirements

• Experience in general litigation.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
