Requirements

• 1 year of experience in insurance defense or general liability litigation
• Familiarity with New York court procedures and civil litigation processes
• Strong writing and research capabilities
• Willingness to appear in court and attend depositions
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a legal team

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications
