Associate Attorney - Workers' Compensation

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney for its Workers' Compensation practice in Hamilton, NJ. The ideal candidate will be admitted to the New Jersey Bar and possess excellent academic credentials. The role requires managing a large volume of files independently in a fast-paced environment. Remote work is optional.

Duties

• Conduct necessary and appropriate discovery, hearings, and trials.
• Research applicable law and draft legal documents.
• Lead a team or group within the office.

Requirements

• No prior Workers' Compensation experience required.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Completion of law school and admission to the New Jersey Bar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.

• Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines.
