Duties

• Draft demand letters and complaints.
• Propound and respond to written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare and defend motions, and argue them in court.
• Prepare documents for and attend arbitrations and mediations.
• Prepare cases for trial.
• Provide outstanding client service and communication.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in law and motion.
• Ability to propound and respond to discovery.
• Experience in writing briefs and arguing motions in court.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
