Job Overview
A law firm seeks an experienced Attorney in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will be licensed in North Carolina and possess at least two years of practical experience. This role offers an excellent practice environment and a team-oriented atmosphere.

Duties

  • Represent clients in civil litigation and other legal proceedings.
  • Advise clients on legal transactions and matters.
  • Conduct research and analysis of legal problems.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
  • Minimum of two years of practical legal experience.

  • Experience in civil litigation, construction law, employment/labor law, administrative law, environmental law, and/or business law preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
