A law firm in New York City is seeking a Junior Transactional Real Estate Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will gain exposure to various aspects of real estate transactions, including sales, dispositions, financings, corporate structuring, leasing, and more. The role involves performing due diligence, conducting title reviews, and facilitating commercial real estate closings for a diverse range of asset classes. Gain exposure to all aspects of real estate transactions. Perform due diligence for buyers and sellers. Conduct title review and clearance. Facilitate and participate in commercial real estate closings for various asset classes.

 

Duties:

  • Handle various aspects of real estate transactions, including sales, dispositions, financings, and leasing.
  • Perform due diligence for both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
  • Conduct thorough title reviews and clearance processes.
  • Facilitate and actively participate in commercial real estate closings.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys, clients, and other legal professionals within the firm.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the State Bar.

 

Skills:

  • Exposure to various aspects of real estate transactions.
  • Strong understanding of due diligence processes.
  • Ability to conduct title review and clearance effectively.
  • Experience in facilitating commercial real estate closings.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
