The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in general liability defense litigation, including construction accidents, property damage, and premises liability defense.

Duties

• Manage own caseload from discovery to trial.
• Conduct thorough legal research and writing.
• Perform depositions effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience in general liability defense litigation.
• Admissions in New Jersey and/or Connecticut preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New York.
