Requirements

• JD and admission to the Ohio Bar.
• Minimum 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong leadership and time management skills.
• Proven track record in business development and community engagement.
• Ability to manage high-stress situations and organize a legal practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with case management systems and remote collaboration tools.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for hearings and trials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
