Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of employment-related legal matters, providing expert guidance and representation to clients.

Duties

• Handle federal and state employment-related litigation before administrative agencies.
• Provide day-to-day counseling on compliance with state and federal fair employment laws.
• Offer restrictive covenant counseling and litigation support.
• Support employment matters related to corporate business transactions.
• Draft employment-related contracts, including Confidentiality and Employment Agreements.
• Guide and represent clients in labor law compliance and litigation.
• Advise on Occupational Safety & Health Act compliance and litigation.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Contribute to the growth of the labor and employment practice.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice or eligible for admission in Wisconsin.
• Interest in a collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice or eligible for admission in Wisconsin.
