This remote role involves handling administrative charges, demand letters, and employment litigation for various clients, including those with Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI).

Duties

• Handle administrative charges and demand letters.
• Manage employment litigation in federal and state courts.
• Collaborate with partners, attorneys, and paralegals.
• Focus on tactical case aspects without in-person requirements.
• Provide high-quality legal services with flexible billable hours.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in employment law and litigation.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership.

Skills

• Strong background in employment law.
• Experience with administrative agencies and civil litigation.
• Proficiency in handling EPLI matters preferred.
• Bar admission in California preferred.
