Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Trial Attorney in Florida. The successful candidate will manage a high-volume caseload, engage with clients, and advocate in trials. This role requires a proactive approach to litigation and client communication.

Duties

  • Manage approximately 150 cases, with 50 in active litigation monthly.
  • Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients.
  • Conduct depositions, draft motions, and lead mediations.
  • Serve as lead counsel in jury trials.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in personal injury or civil litigation; 5-8 years preferred.
  • Active and in good standing with the State Bar; multiple state admissions preferred.
  • At least 5+ first chair trial verdicts; 10+ preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.

Skills

  • Strong legal acumen and trial experience.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive case strategies.
  • Proficient in client engagement and team collaboration.
