Duties

• Conduct introductory calls with new clients within three days of case initiation.
• Lead case reviews and document strategic plans.
• Maintain consistent client contact and update case roadmaps.
• Evaluate and rank cases, drafting and revising legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and initiate litigation if necessary.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies and handle trials.
• Collaborate with team members and engage in firm-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law and in good standing with the state Bar.
• Proven experience in personal injury law, including pre-litigation and litigation phases.
• Success in negotiating settlements and managing a high-volume caseload.
• Strong legal writing and drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines and case strategy.
• Resilient, strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
• Comfortable participating in trials and maintaining performance metrics.

Education
