Chicago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a real estate partner with 8+ years of real estate joint venture experience. The candidate should preferably have experience representing sophisticated institutional owners and investors, as well as operators and developers, on complex real estate joint venture transactions. Experience with real estate finance and/or real estate private equity fund formation is a plus. A portable book of business is also a plus.
