Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate with 4 to 8 years of experience to join its practice in Chicago, IL. The successful candidate will represent national and regional real estate owners and developers in various transactions and financing-related matters.

Duties

  • Represent clients in purchase, sale, leasing, development, and construction transactions.
  • Advise lenders on construction and acquisition loans and other financing matters.
  • Engage actively in leasing, purchase/sale transactions, and real estate closings.
  • Manage construction, development, and loan transactions efficiently.

Requirements

  • 4 to 8 years of relevant real estate experience.
  • Admitted to practice law in Illinois.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Illinois.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
