Location:

Duties:

  • Handle cases in the areas of personal injury, commercial litigation, and chancery litigation
  • Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to manage and advance cases
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely legal updates
  • Assist in trial preparation and strategy development

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial, personal injury, and/or chancery litigation
  • Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
  • Ability to manage a caseload and work under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active membership with the New Jersey State Bar

  • Experience with court appearances, depositions, and settlement discussions
