Duties:

  • Handle probate and trust administration matters from start to finish

  • Advise fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and related parties on estate and trust matters

  • Collaborate with internal legal teams to develop comprehensive estate plans tailored to client needs

Requirements:

  • Significant hands-on experience in estate planning, trust drafting, and/or probate administration

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
