Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Finance Senior Associate in Saint Louis, MO. Duties

• Lead Real Estate Finance and CRE Structured Debt deals for diverse assets and clients.
• Draft complex finance documents, including facility agreements and intercreditor agreements.
• Manage deal teams, including junior associates and paralegals, both locally and globally.
• Develop and deepen client relationships, taking a lead role in client service delivery.
• Participate in sector and specialist experience teams to enhance expertise.
• Support the supervision and development of junior lawyers.
