Duties

• Litigate all phases of complex and sophisticated cases.
• Draft legal briefs for dispositive and discovery motions.
• Conduct in-depth legal research.
• Operate independently and collaborate effectively within teams.
• Represent clients in federal court proceedings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in U.S. federal courts.
• Demonstrated interest in investor-related lawsuits, securities litigation, and cryptocurrency-related litigation.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in boutique or mid-sized law firms (preferred).
• Commitment to pro bono work (preferred).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the New York State Bar.
