Duties:

  • Manage cases from initial intake through pre-litigation, litigation, and trial stages.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and provide sound legal advice to clients.
  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court trials.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to strategize case approaches and ensure timely progression of cases.
  • Maintain client relationships through clear, regular communication and updates on case developments.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law and trial practice.
  • Proven ability to handle complex cases and litigate effectively.
  • Strong analytical, legal research, and writing abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, colleagues, and court officials.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently manage a caseload.

Education:

  • JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills:

  • Expertise in employment law and trial procedures.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
