Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in intellectual property law

  • Experience with trademark and patent matters

  • Willingness and ability to provide corporate legal counsel

  • Familiarity with IP litigation, though not required, is a plus

  • Prior law firm experience preferred

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar (in good standing)

  • USPTO registration preferred for patent-related work
