Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate in the San Francisco Bay Area. Duties

  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, and motion practice.

  • Work closely with clients, conducting investigations and developing strategies.
  • Participate in high-impact cases involving constitutional and statutory law.

Requirements

  • Four to ten years of litigation experience, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial work.
  • Strong academic credentials with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in labor and employment law, public sector law, or appeals is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
  • Commitment to public interest legal practice or serving the public sector is desirable.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the California State Bar.
