Job Overview

Duties

• Assist in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Collaborate on a broad range of corporate matters.
• Engage with clients to understand their business needs.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.
• Strong academic background and superior drafting skills.
• Experience in negotiating transaction documents.
• Admitted or eligible for admission to the Minnesota Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the Minnesota Bar or eligibility for admission.
