Foreclosure Associate Attorney

Fort Lauderdale office of our client seeks associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience, preferably with 2-3 year in foreclosure and 1-2 in title resolution and claims work. The candidate will understand the foreclosure process, including litigation and title curative. Will review and analyze pre and post-judgment title issues to ensure marketable title to clients. Draft pleadings and motions. Represent client at contested and uncontested hearings. Must be able to communicate with clients on issues that may affect the foreclosure and advise on possible courses of action and likely range of outcomes. Familiarity with title claims processing is required. Florida Bar admission in good standing is required.

The candidate must have J.D. degree. Ability to handle a large caseload while attending hearings and overseeing staff members is required. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, Word, and Excel is essential.
