Duties

• Advise clients on data privacy and technology-related legal matters.
• Draft and review privacy policies and compliance documents.

• Conduct legal research and analysis on privacy laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in data privacy in a law firm, in-house, or consulting firm setting.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Admitted and in good standing to practice in Tennessee.
• Willingness to relocate if admitted in NY, DC, or CA.
• Experience with state comprehensive privacy laws, children's privacy laws, and GDPR preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
