This full-time, on-site role is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about representing injured clients and thrives in a collaborative, values-driven environment. The attorney will manage all stages of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, and trial, while ensuring a high level of client care and ethical compliance.

Duties

  • Evaluate potential cases and assist the intake team in lead assessment

  • Conduct legal consultations and develop case strategy

  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents

  • Manage discovery process including document review and coordination

  • Conduct depositions and represent clients at mediations and court hearings

  • Negotiate settlements and provide strategic legal counsel to clients

  • Participate in trial preparation and proceedings

  • Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and firm standards

  • Collaborate with team members to support client advocacy and firm goals

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of litigation experience (preferred in personal injury or civil litigation)

  • Demonstrated ability to handle all phases of litigation

  • Commitment to client-centered legal service

  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple cases under deadline

  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in the state of Texas (required)
