Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm based in Denver, CO is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have exceptional legal research and writing abilities, strong academic credentials, and excellent communication skills. Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation cases, including drafting and filing legal documents, and appearing in court.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests, including depositions, interrogatories, and requests for production.
• Develop case strategies and provide clients with legal advice and guidance.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve favorable case outcomes.
• Manage case files, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Current license to practice law in Colorado.
• 3-5 years of experience in litigation, including handling complex cases and court appearances.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in legal research software and case management tools.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.
