Duties

• Represent financial institutions in evictions and related court proceedings.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with legal and client requirements.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
• 3+ years of evictions experience preferred.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
• Bonus: Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
