A law firm seeks a mid-level pharmaceutical patent litigation associate with at least 3 years of experience in life science or pharmaceutical patent litigation, including Hatch Waxman litigation, to join their IP practice in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal counsel in patent disputes and related matters.

Duties

  • Engage in pharmaceutical patent litigation, including Hatch Waxman cases.
  • Provide strategic advice on patent disputes and related legal matters.
  • Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to develop case strategies.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical patent litigation.
  • Undergraduate degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field.
  • Registration to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office preferred.
  • Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Membership in the Bar in the United States.

Education

  • Undergraduate degree in biology, chemistry, or equivalent.
  • Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

  • Registration to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office preferred.
