Attorney needed for Parsippany office

A law firm is seeking an Attorney to join its insurance defense group. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal knowledge and communication skills, and be committed to providing high-quality defense for clients.

Duties:

• Represent clients in insurance defense matters, providing comprehensive legal support.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective case management.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed attorney in New Jersey.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience required.
• Strong academic credentials.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the New Jersey Bar.
