Duties:

• Represent clients in employment litigation, workplace investigations, labor negotiations, and hearings.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, reports, appeals, and collective bargaining agreements.
• Guide on matters such as medical leave, wage and hour compliance, workplace misconduct, employee separations, and workplace policies.
• Conduct training sessions and provide strategic counsel to public entities and private employers.
• Stay current on legislative changes and case law developments related to labor and employment law.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive and strategic representation for clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience handling labor and employment legal matters.
• Strong analytical skills to assess legal issues and determine optimal strategies.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Minnesota State Bar and in good standing.
