Duties

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in the relevant state.
  • 2-5 years of experience in immigration law.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration law and policies.
  • Experience with family-based and employment-based petitions.
  • Proven track record in deportation defense and asylum applications.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse clients.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
