Duties:

  • Handle general litigation matters with a focus on construction litigation.

  • Represent clients in construction-related disputes, including contract disputes, construction defects, and project delays.

  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

  • Participate in discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and other practice areas on complex matters.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of general litigation experience, with a focus on construction litigation.

  • Strong academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills.

  • Admitted to practice in Florida.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
